Marco D’Arrò

Founder

Marco founded Real Asset Partners in 2013 in London. He is now based in Dubai and is responsible for the overall business management of Real Asset Partners. He brings over 20 years’ experience in investment banking and real estate through various senior positions at Goldman Sachs, Nomura, RBS, ABN-Amro and Merrill Lynch. He holds a Master in Finance from the London Business School and a Bachelor in Economics and Business from the LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome.

Angelique De Rauville

Partner

Angelique is based in our London office and focuses on both deal/client origination and the expansion of our investor network globally.

Prior to joining us, she spent over 10 years at Investec as Global Head of their property investment business, initially in South Africa and then in London. Her past experience includes a position as CEO of Texton Property Fund, a South African REIT, and more recently Managing Director of ParkBee, a Dutch scale-up tech company. Over more than 20 years, Angelique has built up, invested, managed, and advised an aggregate of c. €2 billion of global commercial and residential real estate transactions. She holds a BSc degree in Politics, Business and Public Management from the University of Cape Town, South Africa.

Fadwa Laaziz

General Counsel and Head of Operations

Fadwa leads the legal, compliance and operations functions for Real Asset Partners from the Dubai Office. Over her career, Fadwa has worked in Italy and in the UK advising a wide range of clients on cross-border transactions, company law and commercial matters. She holds a Master's Degree in Law from the University of Bologna and she is a member of the Italian Bar Association since 2020. She is a native Arabic and Italian speaker and she is also fluent in English and French.
